i hope this is ok to post here... if not, i'm sorry and please feel free to delete...

i just thought i'd throw it out there that if anyone is interested in certification programs for health counseling, you could look into the institute for integrative nutrition: http://www.integrativenutrition.com. i'm a graduate and would be happy to answer any questions about the program by email, and i can get you a tuition discount as well if you decide its something you're interested in.

it does not teach only about raw food, but can be a really good opportunity if you're looking for a career change or a complement to raw chef/educator trainings, or just to learn more about other elements of health besides diet.

I would LOVE to do this...but is it online? Or on campus?

it works out to be about one weekend per month in new york city... all day saturday and sunday. i live within a few hours drive so it was kind of fun to go in and eat at raw restaurants in the city. lots of people fly in from all over the country; i'm not sure if i would have enjoyed taking an airplane to class every month personally.

Boooo, what a bummer! Guess I'll just stick to the progams they have here in Berkeley :)
