looking at doing 1st colon cleans through blessed herbs

A friend of mine said he felt great doing it. I am just hoping to get insight before spending money on it. I was told you can actually lose 10-20 lbs in junk thats accumulated in your body. Is that true? For those that have used blessed herbs colon cleanse would you use it again or refer a friend to use it? Also did you lose weight in doing the cleanse if so how much?

I have used the Blessed Herbs colon cleanse twice and completed the full cleanse once. You will definitely release mucoid plaque, However, I did not lose any weight nor did I have any drastic health benefits. My conclusion after completing the last cleanse is that your goals with the cleanse will determine your view of the product. Its a good product and it did its job of releasing the plaque but complete cleansing needs ongoing and longterm dedication. It may be a good start but do not expect drastic changes because you may be very disappointed. Do your research and if you decide to complete the cleanse, have realistic expectations. In all honesty, nothing has helped me more than a high raw diet but I would definitely use the product again as a continued part of my cleansing process. I give this product an 8 out of 10.

I'm curious as well what product on the market works best. I have looked at a few, and can't decide if to trust the online testimonials or not. Blessed herbs seems reputable, but without knowing someone with experience I lack the follow through. I hope someone will reply.

I started my colon cleanse program last month and I'm using another cleansing product. So far I feel great and I do not feel bloated anymore.
