Hemp Seed

Hi All,

I've bought some Hemp Seed but is doesn't say on the packet how much to have per day or what to do with it. Can someone please tell me what I can do with Hemp seed and how much to consume per day.

Hi Helen~:)
I add the seeds to my almond mylk smoothies..a heaping T.
or
I make my smoothie w/water and add 3 T. instead of the nut mylk. You can sprinkle it on salads too. I don't eat it every day, maybe 3-4 X/week.

Thanks for your reply much appreciated, when you say a heaping T do you mean a teaspoonful.
