I have tried using this free program before when I went vegetarian to track my food intake but I never really kept up with it. I realized though, that this online food tracker is a great way to keep track of the raw foods I'm eating and what kinds of nutrients I'm getting from them. For example. I've decided to eat a raw breakfast and input my breakfast into the nutrition tracker. What is in () is what they recommend I get in a day.
Food: 2 medium fresh bananas
Calories: 217 (1,300-1,650)
Fat: 1 (29-64)
Carbs: 55 (146-268)
Protein: 2 (60-144)
Calcium: 1 (100-150)
Vitamin A: 4 (100-110)
B12: 0 (100-200)
B6: 68 (100-200)
Vitamin C: 36 (100-500)
Vitamin D: 0 (100-150)
Vitamin E: 3 (100-200)
I'm not done with breakfast, and already I got a good portion of my daily recommended nutrients. :)
