I have recently gotten a juicer that ejects the pulp and have since made some granola bars with it. So far I have had pulp from apple-cranberry and an apple pear. Just added raisins, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, cinnamon, and a tad agave this second time. Dehydrat, still kind of pliable, chewy, but they are pretty good. DH wasn't sure of the cran-apple one, it dos look strange after all, but I told him looks were deceiving. He ate it and put some in his lunch bag for tomorrow at work.

Also with a savory juice of cuke, red pepper, apple and carrot, I added enough ground flax to make a drier mix for a cracker to dehydrate. These were pliable too. Or maybe I just don't dehydrate long enough.

I couldn't imagine just throwing this away. Yum!

Alot of times I'll make fruit leather with the pulp by just adding some juice and bananas. Thanks for giving me some more ideas!

I know, that is why I use the Vita-Mix more than I use the juicer, I am able to Drink the Whole Food. Thanks for Sharing your Tips and Happy it's working for you.
