Hello Everyone,

I started on my Raw food yesterday and feel great, I was waiting for side effects but haven't got any yet, I am wondering when the side effects will come?

I am looking forward to carrying on with the raw diet.

the only side affects i get are severe cravings! UGH!

If I were you, I would keep my focus on how incredible I feel right now, and just go with the flow. ;)

Everyone is different. Before raw I eat pretty well in general so for me there really were really mild.

I think it's different for everyone. For me, it kicked in after a week - then I had the normal detox - headaches, rash, etc.

Sounds like your already feeling one of the side effects.....your feeling GREAT!
