I need a manual "meat grinder" with different discs to produce various textures from pate to chunky. I know these were used a lot in the past, but I want a new one to use now. Anyone have a recommendation for a good one that has several disc grinder things?
Thanks

I have searched for one of these myself. Had one years ago which is with the ex. They do not seem to be on the market anymore at least from my intensive search. They had 4-5 cones for shredding, etc, and two attachments for grinding (used to make my own relish and green tomato relish).

Maybe try the Vermont company that seems to still carry some of the items of past years (wow, never thought I'd be saying that at my age).

Best of luck in your search-I hope you are successful.

you might try one of the Amish catalogues. sorry I don't know the name, but we used to get things like that from them.
