I currently don't have a dehydrator or a good blender... but was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on a good raw food dish that I could prepare. The aim is to make something that a non-raw-foodie would find appealing and satisfying. Like a good "first introduction" to how yummy raw can be.

Thanks in advance!

I've done lots of raw dishes and my non-raw husband has tasted many of them. The only dish he has ever raved about and asked for more of is this recipe found on goneraw. It's called caponata.

No special equipment required. Any blender will do the job. Keeps well in the fridge. We ate it for several days.
