BrainOn flakes & capsules are the same product, the caps are just encapsulated. The flakes & caps contain more PEA than the tincture. The frozen is the best form because it is in its freshest state & is the easiest for the body to absorb.

Wanted to add for anyone interested in this or the regular E3Live, that it's more beneficial to try the frozen liquid prior to any other form so you can truly find out whether it works for you. Especially if you're looking to heal a particular health issue related to the brain. Later you can always switch to another form.

I use the frozen, and I can tell a difference. :)

I only buy the frozen one. I find no difference from brain on and the regular e3live, it is apparently very different but for my body, i didn't feel any difference.

I love e3live, i has been my life saver for many time when i was sick and couldn't eat etc.... it also helped me to produce milk for my daughter.

I'm doing the frozen E3 Live Brain on and I'll vouch for it. It's shakingoff some brain fog I had. I'm really picky about supplements too. I worked at a health food store for years and spent a lot of money on supplements. I went cold turkey off of them and felt no difference! What a waste of money! but this I actually feel something off of.

I'm blessed that the local health food co-op has it in the frozen department. Most places in the country you'd have to send away for it. I'm sure not everyone needs it, but my poor brain needs some additional nutritional support.
