Best Smoothie EVER!!

Just thought i'd share my smoothie/shake concoction here. I make this every morning and again most nights. Tons of good stuff in it!!

Trevor's Superfood Super Smoothie ;)

- 750ml water
- 4 ice cubes
- 2 bananas
- handful of blueberries
- handful of goji berries
- 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
- 1 frozen wheatgrass cube
- 1 tablespoon of 'sun is shining'
- 1 tablespoon of bee pollen
- 1 tablespoon of vega smoothie infusion
- 1 tablespoon of flax powder
- 1 tablespoon of cacao nibs/powder
- 1 tablespoon of tocotrienols
- 1 teaspoon of maca powder
- 1/2 teaspoon msm powder
- 1/2 teaspoon camu camu powder
- and a bit of agave

has a really good and unique taste to it. kinda chocolately/berry... hard to explain. i guess you gotta try it.

Sounds good. If you mix all of your superfood powders together in a jar, then you can just take a big scoop out of the superfood jar and make your smoothie. It will save you oodles of time.

I never put MSM powder in my smoothies. It is best to take MSM powder with water on an empty stomach.

i buy 'nature's wonder' wheatgrass... i sometimes get the barley grass too.

What is the best place to get these frozen wheatgrass cubes? I had no idea such a thing was available. Do most online stores that sell wheatgrass products sell these as well?? I buy some wheatgrass things from Pines.

wow thanks!! i just checked the site i order from. they do have it and for the same price i can get almost twice as much of the vitamineral green!!! i'm gonna order a couple bottles now! thanks again!!! :D
