I think i ve found the cause of my ignorance. Its the picture that i have of myself that needs to be improve in order to achieve my goals.

What is disturbing you the most about yourself? Find it out! I did find it out too, it was right in front of me but i couldnt see it. Eliminate it completly immidiatly or as fast as you can. That gives u a better picture of yourself which is required to achieve bigger goals.

Find it out and do the best u can to eliminate that Number 1 thing that is dirsturbing u the most of all.

For those of u that live a super happy life this is maybe not a useful thread. But i hope there is anybody who benefit from it.

Have a great 2009:)

Edit: I forget a very very important thing to "say": Just find out the Number 1 thing and forget about the other things. Just concentrate on one the thing. The one thing that is holding you back the most. That one thing can be different for everyone.
The power of eliminating that thing is probably bigger when just raw foods. Raw foods maybe got nothing to with it. Maybe it has maybe not, find it out!

I'm thinking you will find, we are like onions. Peel off one layer, there are more underneath. That, to me, is what makes life interesting about us humans. You think you've got it handled when you take care of one thing yet, it'll come back and bite you in the butt when you least expect it.

Awareness, is what's important. Being aware of things we constantly do that sabotage us. As we become more aware, we'll catch ourselves in the middle of doing something; eventually we'll stop ourselves before we do it; and MAYBE, stop doing it.

It's a process.
