I'm going to start groing wheatgrass soon. Since I'm not going to get the juicer for it, I'm wondering how much wheatgrass would make an ounce if it was juiced? A half cup or so? Also how many seeds would it be per day? (I'm trying to figure out how much to buy to start out)

I have two other questions as well. Could I blend the grass in a smoothie or is it best strained? Has anyone had success sprouting seeds from Bulk Barn.
Thanks for any responses

Why not get an empty plastic flat from the Nursery that Plants come in. Get a Pound of "Winter Wheat Seeds" of course get some Soil. Sprout half of the seeds, put them on top of the Flat of Soil. Mist them daily or as often as you pass them. When they reach a few inches, cut and Juice. You will be able to figure out all the incriments as you start and Love the Art of Growing and Juicing Wheat Grass.

You could blend it in a smoothie, but, best blended in water, strained, then added.

i can tell you that a well planted sheet of wheatgrass... an 8"x4" patch is two ounces. :)
