I ate them last night,-the sprouted ones, of course,

-and had an awful night with tummy ache and a terribly sore head.

I thought you can eat them,-am I wrong? What were your experiences with AB?
Thanks a lot.
Eva :)

Any Bean, cooked or RAW can be hard to digest and take Hours to do so. So I would advise you to eat them for Lunch next time.

Beans are difficult for me to digest, too. I can handle sprouted lentils pretty well. I can eat sprouted garbanzo beans only if they are blended into a hummus combined with digestive spices and eaten with lots of greens and maybe an enzyme supplement. Adzuki beans I cannot take at all. I'm sorry you had such a bad experience eating them. But this is how we learn, from experience.

it's funny I have no problems with baby mungs,-they are yummy :) I just added a little bit of adzuki b. (they tasted a bit bitter,-is it always like that?) to the mung beans and ate one plateful of those. It wasn't even late,-5p.m. That was the last thing I ate on that day.
At 7p.m. I was feeling so exhausted that I went to bed right away (for the 1st time BEFORE my children did!) Eva
