Can a VM be used like a blender?

Do you think it is the most essential for a new raw-timer?

LOL, that happens to me all the time where I just look right over exactly what I'm looking for!! Then someone else points it out, and it's like they made it appear or something! :)

It IS a blender. If you're going to choose one appliance, that's the best and most popular one.

Yes, it can be used as a blender. It is a blender -- just high powered enough that you can also use it to make purees with it.

I am working on a website (please don't go exploring too much! Most of the pages are on my computer and not "live"!)... and just posted ways to save money with raw equipment. You'll see how I feel if you're interested -- notice how ridiculous that this was not intended to be an infomercial for Vita-Mixes... but almost ended up that way!! http://www.uncooking101.com/saving-money-on-raw-food-equipment.html

LOL, we're on the same page, posting at the same time!!! So funny. What site are you talking about? www.rawvacation.com or www.uncooking101.com ??

Both sites are great, but meant the vacation one.

Thank you! :) I've done some poking around at your site too -- love the affirmations page. You chose a really lovely mix of quotes. Or are they your words? I don't know -- either way, very nice!

Thank you. :) They're my words, though I'm sure they've been inspired by many of the greats.
