LainaVL Your salad dresssing reminded me of a recipe my mother uses to make sinus/cold "medicine" for our family. :D
Whenever one of us starts getting a cold or sinus problem, she calls us over for a few doses of "medication," which is usually kept in a jar in her refrigerator. I seem to be the only person in the family who really likes it and I have used it as salad dressing a few times.
These are the ingredients she blends:
½ Red Onion - chopped or blended
8 cloves garlic
4T Apple Cider Vinegar
2c Orange Juice (or juice of your choice)

LOL - that's a great cold remedy! With honey and garlic, you can't go wrong. :) Also sounds tasty as a dressing, too funny!
