Merry Christmas to all! :)
I've been reading this forum for months, decided Christmas day would be an excellent day to join ;)
I'm 50-60% raw personally, I was just wondering how all of you lot are coping with being raw on christmas day? have you temporarily excused yourself from raw foods for Christmas dinner, or are you enjoying Raw Christmas Dishes? :)

I very seldom want to, but when I do want to eat un-raw, I just do it and keep moving forward. Today was one of those days. :)
Merry Christmas and welcome to RFT!

Just for today I boiled my water and then cooled it down to about 100 F. Does that count as unraw? Oh, welcome to the forum and Merry Christmas!

I was about 50% raw today, all of those around me eat standard american diet so I do eat some too around the holidays too.
Welcome to the forum and best of luck on your raw journey

I ate 100% raw today, but I didn't eat much. I was 90% raw yesterday, but ate cooked rice at dinner because I was at a holiday party. Today I have felt horrible, and had terrible diarrhea from the cooked rice. I learned my lesson.

Dec. 26 I ate all RAW except for a handful of roasted almonds. There was a ton of home baked goodies which I avoided, and kept myself occupied with green smoothies and fresh fruits and veggies. .....Blazin' Jane, staying with Grandaughter Livin'on Life :)
