I generally store them in airtight containers. Either glass or plastic, mostly glass for long term storage.

If they are still semi wet like burgers and cakes, I store them in the fridge.

If they are completely dry like crackers, dry sweet biscuits, dehydrated nuts etc. I store them in the cupboard.

Things like dried sprouted or soaked nuts and grains will last quite a while, almost indefinitely. Recipes will last less time and it depends on the recipe and the moisture content as to how long each will last.

Hope this helps! :D.

The crackers I've bought keep for about 6 months. Not sure about the ones you make at home. The onion bread I've made lasted only a few days because it all got eaten. It was stored in the fridge. The nuts and fruit nut mixes I've made seemed to keep for about a year in the fridge.

I love to make dehydrated bread. I put it in ziplock bags and put them in the freezer after squeezing as much air out as I can. Works for me, because I don't keep it in there very long. Oh, my mouth is watering just thinking about sprouted rye bread I made the other day. I'll have it topped with homemade sauerkraut just as soon as I finish this water fast I'm on.:D
