I usually use agave but it's been making me really ill lately, so for tonight's pecan pie I thought I'd make it with honey. But how? Even though the recipe calls for honey, I don't understand...it's so thick! How do you use it? Agave pours. Honey, or at least all the raw honeys I have seen and have on hand, are very hard. Will it thin out if I warm it in a bowl of hot water? It flakes out when I just try and scoop it out of the jar...hmm...
