Someone gave me a free sample once. I liked the taste. It didn't make me feel any different than normal, but I only had 3 tbs. once. I don't know what the long term effects are, but it has a lot of ingredients that boost the immune system in it.

sounds good, I know it has slippery elm bark which can be a laxative sometimes... but thanks for the feedback

I've used it and I too didn't feel a distinct boost from it, although I'm sure it's good on a subtle level. I reserve purchases on my tight budget for superfood items that I really do feel like spirulina and E3 Live.
