I just bought a big bag of brazil nuts still in the shell, (I'll have a lot of cracking to do), they are so good, but what are some other ways/recipes for these? Thanks.

Nut mylk? Mixed with another nut.
They are really good shoved inside of a date. I was actually thinking of when I was little and one of my Christmas "jobs" was to help my Mom make the stuffed dated. Back in the day we used peanut butter, and then rolled them in sugar - didn't know better then. In my head I was creating the raw version. Almond or any nut butter inside the date and roll in either coconut or cacao nibs or finely ground nuts.

I like this one: from Raw food real world:
1 cup Brazil nuts soaked for 2 or more hours
4 cups filtered water
1/4 agave or raw honey
2 tablespoons coconut butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lecithin (optional)
2 packets stevia
pinch of sea salt
Blend nuts and water then strain in nut milk bag. Rinse your blender cup then blend your strained stuff with all the other ingredients.
**for chocalate milk add 3 heaping tablespoons of cocoa powder or carob , plus an additional packet of stevia or a tablespoon of agave.
for strawberry version add 1 pint of washed and stemmed strawberries plus an additional pkt of stevia or tablespoon extra of agave.
I have had the strawberry one and it was awesome!
