Beets

Hi I just made a lot of beet & carrot juice. I am saving the carrot meal for a carrot cake but has anyone used the beet meal in any recipes? If so could you share pleeaase :D

I haven't juiced beets, but I made some wraps the other day one is basically a veggie wrap that I got from website below. I don't know why beet pulp can't be used along with other stuff in the recipe.....

beet tastes nice with garlic and lemon.......or make some tomatoe soup with beet pulp in it, add some herbs and green onions if you like. I like it best with a tiny bit of chilli
