Hi! I was kind of thinking of making these for Christmas. I thought it was one of Alissa's recipes, but I can't find it in her book. Am I wrong? Or maybe my edition is too old? I bought her book about 2ish years ago.

Does anyone know where I can find it? Is it actually a recipe by someone else?

hmm. i've improvised a recipe before; i think the ingredients were:

hemp seeds
hemp protein powder (nutiva makes one, i think manitoba harvest does too)
cacao powder
raisins (or dates, or agave)
a little water (or coconut water) - reduce/omit if you use a liquid sweetner
pinch of sea salt

optional:
vanilla
nuts (mix in at the end)
dried fruit (mix in at the end)

you'd have to play around with the amts to get a nice consistency, but just mix in the food processor. put it into a pan or form into individual brownies by hand. sprinkle the top with hemp seeds or fruit or nuts.

good luck!

Alissa SELLS them in her store. Nope, not in the book...
