Can anybody share a reliable source that I can purchase my buckwheat from? I have checked my Whole Foods in Toronto and they don't carry the raw buckwheat.
Thanks.

Wow, this is strange. Perhaps you could put a request, they are normally trying to accomodate the customer.
I am from Ottawa, and we have health food store where i buy this. Perhaps, if you have a herbs and spices store in your area, they may have it.
Best wishes!

JOIN A COOP!!! Then they can order whatever you want. (I've just discovered the joy of coops this year, as I'm part of one near my college that just got started this year).

I purchase buckwheat from Planet Organic in Edmonton. They just opened a store in Toronto you may want to call and see if they have it there:
