I looked them both up, I take VMG now, but it seems like Pure Synergy is a similar product, I've heard a lot of good things about it.
Would I take just one, or both?

I think just one is fine. The ingredients are a little different. Some people rotate between the two. Pure Synergy has herbs in them which makes it not 100% raw, which is why many prefer Vitamineral Green. Yet it's still raw enough and recommended by most of the raw experts. One of the things I use to like about Pure Synergy back when I use to take it is that it's more of a milder tasting green powder.

thats good to know, I am really sensitive to the "green taste"
I was a little worried about the herbs though, how did they digest for you?

instead of these expensive powders ide opt to juice dark greens , then to reinforce that add the cheap but very mineral / vitamin rich kelp powder to be drank in sweet fruit juices to smooth out sea taste .

just my non educated opinion , but i think the juice / kelp way would be both healthier and cheaper . just throwing it oit there .

I juice and blend a lot of greens, but I also take a green powder to help get more variety. There are only about 5-6 types of greens that I can get at my local supermarket, and only two types available organically. I've used a bunch of brands. They all have their strong points.

wondering if youve ever thought of getting a guide to your regions edible wild growing vegetation and looking to harvest it in order to add to juices .
the wild stuff would be much more nutrient rich then stuff grown in poor farm soil .

I love foraging for dandelions, chicory, malva, plantain, lambs quarters and sheep sorrel, but they are only available seasonally. It is winter for four months out of the year here, everything is covered with snow right now.

i shoulda figured an ace like you would be all over that :D

hey youve probably noticed my ' yee old tooth shop ' ;) thread ,
well my teeth filing work has gotten me right up close in the
mirror inches from my tooth reflections . and seeing the flaws /
crevices in my teeth gets me livid because i know theyre there
because i grew up / am made of cake / cookies / pop / chip / etc ,
and i saw where you said how your focused on eating perfect /
attaining longest body span possible . well thats very great to hear ,
and if you ever think of cheating on diet remember how mad im here
now at 50 knowing my wrongful diet has my teeth wearing out way
sooner than possible . if i could go back ide daily chug a lug dark green
masticated juices for their calcium .

not to mention while growing up the massive shortage of organic / raw plant matter calcium in my diet also made my jaws / skeletol system weaker

dont make same error ! i know you wont already though :D

I agree. My favorite is pineapple and kale (or spinach if the kale looks haggard at my food store - but kale is better, it even looks greener than most greens when juiced:D)
