i was thinking about noodles today and was wondering what else might make angle hair noodles.
when i was in walmart later i saw a lemon zester... which i needed so when i got home i thought.... what would this do on squash flesh !
WELL !!!!! i tried it and WOW! it makes the most beautiful angle hair noodles!
it takes some time to make a BIG bowl but it was worth it because, for me, they are JUST the way i like them !
SO..... there you have it. a lemon zester with a nice thick handle at walmart.
i think it was $2.97 and now i am going to use it for making my pasta.
