I have a scale that estimates the body fat content and noticed mine been slowly going up, I think it is largely due to the fact I'm working out less since I've reached a satisfactory weight, so I'll start working out more, but I am still eating about 25% cooked food. But this made me realize it would be a good idea to have my recipes in adjustable calories/proteins/richness, so for those recipes where it's possible, such as smoothies, soups and sauce, instead of putting "1 cup walnuts" I put "0-1 cup walnuts, for desired richness" or "1/4-1 cup walnuts, for desired richness".

I was wondering if the "for desired richness" part is good ir should I word that differently like "for desired calorie/protein content"?

This will also make the book more available to those looking for less dense recipes.
