recipes for hemp seeds

I have a bag of hemp seeds, i think are still in their shells (dark green crunchy shell?)

Im wondering what recipes i can add these too?

Any recipe that calls for seeds I imagine they would work well in. Grind 'em and add to your green smoothies. Sprinkle on salads.

However, the ones I used are shelled...so now I'm wondering...?????
