View Full Version : anyone sleep more or less during winter?
when it's winter, i think of hibernating bears. :p recently though, i don't sleep as much. i'm pretty energetic even with 3 hrs. of sleep.
anyone else experience sleep pattern change with the seasons?

Oai, funny you bring this up today - I was just thinking about it. I went to bed at 2 am and woke up at 6 am refreshed & energized this morning. I was reading a good book and was actually thinking I'd be tired in the morning. I think I only need about 4 hours of sleep in the winter months now that I think more about it. About 5 hrs when it's warm. Used to be 8-10 when I was a cooked vegan. More time to do other things....
Hibernating bears indeed. lol.

I sleep a bit less during the winter, too.
On average I used to sleep 8-10 hours as a cooked food eater.
As a raw foodist I only sleep 5-7.
i find myself awake until the morning hours -- studying or working on some project. i don't even notice the sun coming up until my pups tell me they want to go the potty.
sometimes i don't even sleep.
