This is my first time going to a raw potluck and I'm so excited. There will be over 30 people in attendance.

Any ideas of something quick and delicious to make for this Potluck?

Any of Alissa's dips are good.
RP's brownies
Alissa's crackers
Alissa's chili is REALLY good (making that this weekend)
RAWvolution's onion bread is a hit

Seems like everyone really LOVES the Kale chip recipe that's floating around here.

Marinated pesto stuffed mushrooms (a personal favorite).

I've taken stuffed cherry tomatoes and have piped into belgium endive either mock salmon or sunny pate--both very good. Have also used cucumber rounds as a base for one of these dips (Alissa's Indian spinach dip with some powdered nuts like macs or cashews added for creaminess is also awsome). Nice presentation served on a bed of finely shredded purple cabbage.

Agree the brownies would also be a huge hit.

I've only been to 2 rawlucks so far, but both times I was declared the - unofficial, of course - winner! The first time, I brought crudites with 3 dips - zucchini hummus, alissa's spinach dip, and alissa's onion dip - the onion dip people raaaaaved about, kept coming up to me and asking how I did it - which is awesome, 'cos it's so ridiculously simple.

this last time, i made RP's brownies. everyone's mentioning this, it seems, but for good reason!! They're so good!!! I arranged them really prettily, and garnished with pomegranate seeds and chopped macadamia nuts. People loved 'em.

Good luck, and have fun with it, whatever you decide on!
