Is this an expected side effect?

I have MORE energy then I have EVER had in my life.

It started yesterday, but it is even more prominent so now (Fourth day completely raw right now)

Its like, I wake up and i'm not tired, I'm wide awake. I was almost sprinting around the house this morning making my lunch, getting dressed and ready. No tiredness.

Ah this feels great. Its like giving an expresso to a two year old.

You bet!

You figure, you body isn't wasting time DIGESTING (so-called) food. It's using the food you feed it for energy, it's healing itself, it's fueling itself, it's LIVING.

Isn't it cool?

Oh and I don't think it's like giving expresso to a two-year old by any means...it's feeling like how a two-year old naturally feels!

Well, before I rarely ate breakfast, and never ate lunch. My digestion was horrible to begin with. Now its like... I can feel my stomach working all day long.

Yes Raw is wonderful- you will sleep better, wake up refreshed and ready to go go go all day long.

I used to need a nap but when I'm raw it's like if I even take a 20 minutes nap I won't be able to fall asleep when it's bedtime.

I'm glad you're feeling energized. Increased energy and vibrancy is definately a side effect.

:D

I remember when I first got all that energy, it was so amazing. I was also amazed at the INSTANTLY awake waking up, I'd never experienced that before. It's honestly like a cloud was lifted and I felt so sorry for those that had never experienced it and who thought that waking tired and fuggy in the head and going through the day with no energy was normal. It's so not!

I've only made one. It was... interesting. I guess my blender sucks, because it came out with the consistency of very thick applesauce.

You know how little kids walk down the street ahead of the adults, skipping, hopping, climbing on ledges and jumping off? That's how I feel many days. I'm 50 and I can hardly stop myself from playing imaginary hopscotch on the sidewalk to get rid of the excess energy!
