Just wondering if anyone ever had this happen when raw, wondering if it's detox. My legs itch between my knees and my ankles....I've also been itching around my armpit, not in the armpit but about 1 inch all the way around it. There isn't a rash, it just itches like crazy and it can not itch during the day but really acts up at night. I've googled it and searched the internet trying to find answers then thought maybe someone here has had this happen to them. It's been going on for quite awhile. Hoping for some answers....thanks.

That can happen if you are not injesting enough oils.

I don't know what's causing your itching, but I do know that itching can be unbearable. I just got over a terrible case of poison ivy. Try to do fun and relaxing activities to take your mind off the itching.
Hope you feel better soon!

Yep, I went through a terrible period of itching too. In fact, I had a chronic case of eczema for years until I went 100% raw.

I first did the MC cleanse for 10 days and noticed some improvement. About a month later the eczema got WORSE! But I persevered because mentally I felt so much clearer and had more energy. So don't give up!

By the way, were you a coffee drinker in the past? I notice now that if I ever indulge in a cup of coffee, I start itching within 24 hours and it lasts for 48hours, then it's gone. Also, I've noticed that if I try to decrease my fat intake, my skin starts to dry out and itch. I only eat about 1-2 oz of nuts a day, but eat at least one whole avocado plus salad dressing.

Keep eating raw and your body will heal itself! Today I am 100% eczema free!!

Grace....your response came up just after I responded....thanks for your experience and encouragement. As far as coffee, I've never had a cup of coffee and I felt like I was having enough oils but I need to take another look at that, I also do skin brushing 2-3 times a week, maybe I need to up that also. I definately could improve in drinking more water. I've never done the MC cleanse, so that is something for me to look into. That is incredible about you being 100% eczema free....everyone I know with eczema has never been able to totally get rid of it. I'm really thinking it's some form of detox so thanks for the encouragement because I have moments when it is just wild the way it itches.
