My daughter is almost 3, so it's not like a newborn who is exclusively nursing. She's nursing 1-3 times each day. I'm just not sure of the safety of fasting (probably the master cleanse). Any one know? I know not to do it with an infant, but as an older toddler I can't decide if the same rules apply. Thanks! :)

they sure do. personally i would never dump my toxins into a baby or toddler... or preschooler for that matter. eating raw will allow you to detox slower and not cause any harm at all to your little one. and then when she weans (if it's like mine... that'll be shortly after the 4 year mark) then you can fast fast fast!!!

but do a search here... there are lots of threads about this and you'll find plenty of posts for and against... it's up to you to make the final decision. just remember you are not only making it for yourself but for your little one as well. (((smile)))

And that's why I asked :) Thanks!

i know - i just needed to put that in there. it's so important to me to do so. (((hugs))) i didn't mean to insinuate that you wouldn't... sorry if you took it that way.
