Kale Salad Recipe wanted

Today I went a health food store and they had a kales salad with marinated portabella mushrooms, red pepper and pinenuts. The dressing had lemon in it. Does anyone have a recipe for this. It was fabulous!:D

I know this thread is old but I figured I'd post here instead of making an entirely new one. I just made the most delicious kale salad! Massaged the lettuce, drizzled fresh lemon juice over it, a little bit of nama shoyu, and then some raw honey. Sprinkled hemp seeds over it for texture, and added sundried tomatoes.

I can't remember the variety of kale I purchased, but it was very tender!
All I did was cut it into a nice shred, added sprouted mung beans, cucumber, tomato, fresh corn off the cob and my usual salad dressing of flax oil and balsamic vinegar or apple cider vinegar. Yummy!
