using sprouted things for bread

maybe a silly question, but i noticed in my local shop they are doing some sprouts eg alfafa etc.. can these be used to make breads and crackers? as yet i haven't tried sprouting, i know i should.. but ... anyway, just wondering... would it work?

You would have to Sprout the seed first and dehydrate the Bread Mixture just like you do Crackers.
