Someone on ebay is selling this.
''
70% CRIOLLO NIBS, (The most prized, rare, and expensive is the Criollo Group. Only 10% of chocolate is made from Criollo, which is less bitter and more aromatic than any other bean, and is used for the very highest quality chocolate products)
10% FORASTERO NIBS (The cacao bean in 80% of chocolate is made using beans of the Forastero Group. Forastero trees are significantly hardier than Criollo trees, resulting in cheaper cacao beans.)
20% TRINITARIO NIBS (Trinitario, a hybrid of Criollo and Forastero, is used in about 10% of chocolate, used in the high quality end of chocolate products).
''
So, what is regular raw cacao made from that raw foodists sell. And does it matter ? or is it all the same anyway ? It all tastes the same to me anyway.
