dehydrating question

i finaly got a dehydrator :D just wondering has anyone tryed to dehydrating a
durian? (the frruit in the pod)

I agree~~durian has such a strong smell anyway, that I think as it dries out it will really smell ppphhhewww......:p, but since I haven't tried doing it, I could be wrong. If you do dehydrate it, I would just do a small amount and see what it smells like as it dries.

so i tried it :D the durain was frozen when i started dehydrating it... didn't smell that bad. has a different texture.. kinda life fruit leather. very good :D
