Lately I've been experiencing hunger in a new way that I DO NOT like. I used to feel hungry when my stomach was empty and growling but I've recently noticed that it is like my throat is hungry instead. It is a very intense feeling and I can't concentrate on anything and I literally feel like I'm starving. I'll then binge on usually nuts and like 5 bananas before sometimes moving to cooked food until my stomach hurts a lot and feels like it's going to rupture, yet I still want to eat more because my throat is hungry! So I sit around with a huge full stomach feeling hungry because I can't possibly fit anything else into my stomach.
Has anyone had experiences like this? I don't really know what to do about it. I am already eating between 1800 and 2500 cals per day and the higher I get the less raw I am eating because I can't eat alot of nuts and the fruit fills my stomach...
thanks raws

I've never experienced such a thing. Are you sure you're not just thirsty?

Yeah, that's my first thought, too. The signal for thirst is very often misinterpreted as hunger. Couldn't hurt to try a few big glasses of water...?

Funny, that's my thought too...drink some cool water.
