I have coconut cream at home. Would this work similar to coconut butter in recipes?

Cream of coconut is a highly processed sweetened mixture that you don't want to drink.
Coconut cream is the mature coconut meat mixed with water and partially strained.
Coconut milk is the same as the cream, but with more water.
Coconut water is just the liquid inside the coconut - some packaged coconut water contains preservatives, and some are packaged in a way where the preservatives are in the packaging and not listed on the ingredients.
Fresh young coconut/coconut water is the best, but you still need to look at the source, as some are heavily sprayed and the chemicals can soak through into the meat and water.
Hard to say anything is raw if it ends up in a can or box...hope this helps! :)
