Should I be eating more fruit than vegetables or more vegetables than fruit. I'm at a real standstill with my weight lose and although I feel great I get the feeling I'm not eating enough fruit as I only have it for breakfast and have vegetables for the other two meals.

which are you craving?
In calmness, ask yourself are you hungry?
You may find you are not. Or you may find which one your body tells you.
Listen to your body.

Again, listen to your body - if you feel like you are not getting enough fruit, eat some more and note how you feel! As far as being at a standstill with your weight loss, this might be just temporary while your body is doing other work, if you are not over-eating for your size and activity level in general, and you are eating a well-constructed raw food diet. Are you currently exercising at all? This will REALLY help things move along. If you already are, it might be time to change it up to be more intense.
More about weight loss/or release, as many here refer to it, plateaus are very common, on any reduction diet, and maybe even more so with raw, as the body IS addressing old stuff, and sometimes that liver or colon or something has to get on board before more weight comes off. Don't be surprised if one day you are several pounds lighter, just like that. Keep rolling with raw, it is benefiting you in a myriad of ways! Try some new combos of food - note how you feel, etc.

i released a lot of weight in the first year... and i had many plateaus. i found that just breathing and allowing was the best way to deal with them.
i also did some fasting during some of these plateaus...
if your body is saying you are not eating enough fruit... then increase your fruit. make a meal out of fruit. remember... anything with a seed is a fruit. cucumber, tomatoes, papaya, watermelon, mango... starfruit... the endless possibilities of yummmmm!

Thanks everyone for the great replies, I will stop stressing what's right and wrong and listen to my body instead. I have only been eating raw for one month but I really love it and this is certainly a long term lifestyle. I do exercise ( never use to so it's a shock to my body I'm sure) try to move at least 5 to 6 times a week with aerobics twice a week and power walking the rest of the time. I'm wondering if I need to do a body cleansing of some sort as I had blastocyctis which lasted for 3 years and the symptoms only stopped when I started eating raw but unfortunately after 2 months I went back to eating cooked. That was a year ago, I'm just wondering if I do still have a bit of the blasto left in my system and this could be contributing to the lack of weight lose.

Don't eat past 7pm even 6:30pm......???? This will make a huge difference in your weight lost. If you don't have time to eat before that time, just fast with water.

One recommendation that have heard is to eat fruit that is lower in sugar like berries, green apples and citrus like grapefruit as well as the non-sweet fruits like tomatos, cucumers and avocados. Depending on your metabolism, the sweet fruits can cause problems. Some fruit has been hybridized to increase the sweetness and therefore contains a larger amount of sugar than they used to. Excess sugar can stimulate insulin which in turn increases appetite and cause other problems with metabolism.

I have had good luck with adding Braggs apple cider vinegar to water (8 oz of water I will add one tablespoon) and sipping on that during the day.
Young coconut milk and its flesh also seem to help me with weight release- I will make an afternoon smoothie using that and some added greens.
