I am a newbie

Hello everyone my name is Sherry and I am a newbie. I have chosen this program for several reasons, first to lose weight. Most important is my cholestrol (my magic number is 470 and has been for about 5 years now) My doctor has taken me off all medications because it has not lowered my number at all. I also have Vestibular Disease (I am just dizzy) I wanted to see if the live food could also help with this. Then there is Menapuse, need I say more.

I am happy to be here and look forward to feeling great.
