Does anyone know if this exists? If not, any idea how much spraying is done with conventional?

I've yet to find any...my HFS produce manager says she can't get her hands on any anymore...there used to be more places.

Does it grow in the U.S.? Maybe we should grow some ourselves?

I've never seen jicama listed on any "dirty dozen" lists, so I would assume that it is not too heavily sprayed.
