Anyone know when this will start being sold again? I used to drink it all the time, but all the online retailers stopped selling it around the beginning of this year and it's still not back in stock anywhere. :(
The most info I could find out is that there was some kind of manufacturing error that was the cause for the company to stop making it, but I can't find out from anywhere whether it will ever be produced again or not?
They still appear to be selling their Coconut Milk, so the company still exists, but their official website doesn't say anything about the situation and I didn't get a reponse to my email to them.
Any help would be appreciated. :)

Have you tried a Web SEARCH?

Have you tried a Web SEARCH?

Um, I'm not sure why you're shouting at me, but yes, naturally, I have tried many searches. One of those searches brought up this forum as a source for information on raw food, so I decided to ask here.

Jacsam, it's raw coconut water tapped directly from young green 'jelly' coconuts, it's really refreshing and yummy and very good for you too, it has the same balance of salts and natural sugars as human blood plasma, it's used in emergency blood transfusions in some countries.

It says it will only be unavailable for a few months. But they recommend an alternative?

I'm not Shouting at you..I have My Style of Writing, I usually write SEARCH like this, "SEARCH". I don't Shout in My Real Life, so why Now.

Vita Coco is good, however it is pasteurized. You can also try O.N.E. but again, it too is pasteurized.

I found this thread via Google, and I've subsequently spoken with the producer of Dr. A Martins Coco Drink to know if it really is raw, which it isn't. Here's the reply I received:

Dear Rune,

our coconut juice is not raw and it is not possible to provide raw coco juice with a shelf life of 12 months.

The description on the Elo webpage [here (http://www.elopak.com/site/cms.jsp?node=10826)] does not reffer to Dr. Antonio Martons products and our patented process. We do not use hotfill and standart high pasteurisation.
As the process is patented and the know-how is strictly confidential we are not able to answer your questions in detail. We hope for your understanding.

We are sorry but the Dr. Antonio Martins Coco Drinks are not raw.

So it seems they are pasteurized (perhaps), not UHT pasteurized, but certainly not raw.

Just thought I'd let you know, since I too was under the impression that it was raw.

Regards,
Rune

From what I have heard from numerous sources, Dr. Martin's coco drink is the only unpasturized product on the market.
They credit special packaging for the long shelf life.

I ve seen it a few weeks ago at Whole foods in London (South Kennsignton street)

I loove that stuff!
