So are most of you sensitive to food combining? If you are new to raw, probably not. I have been on/off raw for 3 years. The latter half of that time period, I have not been able to tolerate a lot of recipes, those that combine nuts and fruit (like ALL Desserts!!)

And to avoid candida flare-up, I basically have to eat fruitarian OR high-fat but cannot have both. Anybody else???

So sometimes what I do is eat 80/10/10 including some cooked carbs, mostly beans and maybe some GF grains. This works for me generally but I just wish I could enjoy yummy raw recipes with no restriction! :(

When I have a meal with all sorts of raw veggies/fruits/nuts/seeds/butter... all mixed together some how I take a bunch of enzymes with that meal and it makes a huge difference for me.
The first link are better enzymes.

Sunfood's are good quality. Though if you need a more affordable brand, Garden Of Life's Omegazyme Ultra and Enzymedica's Digest Gold are very close to the same ingredients.

I am fairly new to raw, although I have done extensive reading. I am not strict about food combining, but I keep it in mind. I try to eat most fruit by itself or with greens in a smoothie. I do occaisionally combine raisins or dates with other foods, but usually in small quantities. I don't have much of a sweet tooth, so I don't make many desserts (although I like cookies and I eat Lara Bars). I mostly follow my instinct. It seems to me that nuts naturally go well with some foods and not with others. For example, I couldn't imagine eating nuts with citrus fruits, but they seem OK with apples or raisins.
