I have made Goddess Chips 2 times now and LOVE them. I'm totally addicted to them. I bought 2 bunches of kale yesterday to make some today. I was wondering what everyones favorite kale chip is. How do you prepare them for chips? I want to try something different. Thanks! :)

Kale chips - love 'em. I soak my kale for at least 2 hours - gets it nice and crunchy. Then I de-vein it, break it up in bite size pieces, put into a big bowl, then mix SOME EVOO and nutritional yeast (sometimes, if I want a cheezy flavor) and some Celtic salt (to taste). I mix that up in my Tribest blender and then pour it onto the cut up kale, then spread it out on the mesh screen for dehydrating. Love it!

When I made these chips they had such a strong taste to them....could I have had a bad batch of Kale (I really haven't eaten alot of kale), or is that just the way Kale tastes....very strong. I actually threw them out and was disappointed because everyone seems to be in love with these chips.

Is the Goddess Chip recipe in Alissa's book?
