This might be a silly question, but do those of you that have a dehydrator dehydrate sweet things and spicy things at the same time? For instance, I was dehydrating some pancakes from a recipe I had and it had a strong maple odor while dehydrating, then I was reading this site about the carrot pecan burgers and since the pancakes take a looooong time to dehydrate, didn't know if I should also dehydrate the carrot pecan burgers and the same time because they have a spicier, curry odor~~would it affect the pancakes that are already in there? Just wondering:confused:

I've not had a problem with doing that. What happens with yours, can't say.

I do stuff like that all the time, also with no problems, but like Revvell said, I couldn't predict whether it will work out that way or not for you...

thanks for the feedback. Still have the pancakes in the dehydrator, and am going to go ahead and stick the salsa wraps posted by carmella in tonight along with the other. It's good to know can do both as it saves much time~~unless you make the pancakes I am making and seem to be taking 2-3 days!!!!!! Maybe I will be able to eat them tomorrow for breakfast:D:p hooray.
