does anyone here make rejuvelac instead of buying probiotics?
or does anyone make their own fermented "friendly bacterias"? what do you use as probiotics? krauts, kim chi?
can anyone shed light on this subject please?

hey spicyful, that was a good thread, thanks..
I have some Ann Wigmore books detailing her rejuvelac and recently got a book by another author called "Wild Fermentation". i've been meaning to get into fermenting.
i'm wondering who has had success with it here. i'd especially like to get away from store bought probiotics and convert to homemade if possible. any comments on any fermenting?
oh yeah, i tried making sauer kraut once long ago - but it was a flop.
