Nope, some are heated before dried! Search for my recent post about raisins! I was shocked!

dates, I get at the farmers market, or whole foods

I didn't want to start a new thread, but I saw this website for dried fruits and nuts. I haven't called yet to find out if they are truly raw suppliers, but I'll do that tomorrow.
