:) My book arrived today!!!!, just briefly browsed through, I am very impressed Mrs.Cohen's way of outlining the raw food way of eating.This is the first raw food book I have seen that is easy to ready and not complicated with hard to name foods or expensive ingredients to purchase. I am excited and looking forward to my raw food journey. Kudos to Alissa for helping us on the road to great health. :) :) :) :) :)
