Does any one have a wrap recipe that does not have flax, or corn. I am tried of flax, corn, collards and leaves as wraps. Thanks:confused:

try romaine or nori.

or if you are feeling adventurous, you could grind sprouts and put some chopped veggies in and dehydrate that.

i usually use mung or chick peas or sunflower (my favorite).

I second Nori wraps. They are excellent! Been snacking for the last two days on them... Victoria Boutenko has a great recipe!

Hey leelee- You inspired me and I made some great bread today!

Used mung, aduki, and alfalfa sprouts in the food processor with spices and then added diced red pepper, onion, and chard with hemp seeds and tossed it into the dehydrator.

It was nice to come home to this lovely warm veggie bread after a long day at work!

Am so glad to have a wrap that uses no nuts. I am trying to cut back on using so many nuts in my recipes, so am going to try making these today!!!! Thanks:D

I like to use a english cucumber- slice it very thin long ways using a mandolin.
