In my family we have a tradition of taking the leftovers from Thanksgiving and making them into sandwiches the next day. Well, I've come up with a raw foodist version - the pilgrim nori roll! Put your unturkey, cranberry sauce, and other raw thanksgiving yummies in a nori roll, wrap it up and eat. My sister claims that the pilgrims did not have nori - I say, what are you talking about? If you go to Plymouth and walk along the beach, you'll find tons of nori! But you won't find any of the sodium benzoate and other additives that are in your white bread.

ROFL, I love that! We're sure to have a TON of Noasted Turkey left over - I bet it would be delish in a nori roll. Thanks for the idea!

rawstrength,

What a great idea! I am going to start doing this with my Thanksgiving leftovers but also other leftovers as well (love Nori wraps). Thanks for sharing.
